absorption are even more important in the area of the horses back
where often problems occur. Having successfully stabilized this
material, we have been able to perforate the pads allowing air flow
to reduce the over-heating that similar products generate. With
thickness of only 5mm and the perforations, we have also reduced the
overall weight, in some cases to more than half of other pads. The
use of the Gel-Eze Pads also protects areas where damage could be
caused by ill-fitting saddles, allowing air-flow to help the
regeneration of new tissue to already affected areas. The use of the
pad in direct contact with the saddle also offers superb non-slip
qualities and, if required, can be cut to fit smaller sizes of
saddle.
