We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our mail order department.  We will supply full refund excluding post and packaging on any item returned unsoiled or damaged within 14 days, alternatively we will simply exchange the product.

We do recommend on returning goods, you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office so you can claim for loss or damage.  We are unable to compensate for parcels that are mislaid in transit.

Please note we cannot refund the postage charges that we incur when we send the goods to you, and in the event of us having to exchange the product for a different size, or a complete refund.
