If you wish to order by phone, ring through to one of our mail order team, on 01920 463170.  To make ordering more efficient, make a note of the web page, the product name and size and colour of your purchase.

Provide us with your name and postal address  and te;lephone number and the product you wish to buy in the email and then simply call us with your card details ready and we will take your order and do our best to answer any questions you may have.

Online Buying:

If you wish to buy online, please use the buy buttons provided which are next to the products, this is a 100% safe way of buying online and is simple and easy to use.

Not all products on the website however have online buy buttons, but are being added daily, if there is something you wish to buy online, but there is no buy button, please inform us and we will arrange to have a buy button put in place for you to use.

Q: Do your prices on the website include VAT?   Answer: Yes

Q: Do all the prices include post and delivery charges? Answer: Post and Shipping is only free if it is stated on the website, otherwise there is a small charge.

Delivery charges and answers to when buying online:

Please note the prices you see in the shopping basket is what your card will be charged for .

The only time there is an exception to this is when we do not state free delivery, and a small delivery charge will be added, and we will endeavour to find you the cheapest form of delivery.

All the prices you see on the website is the price you pay, all the prices you see include VAT at 17.5%.

Delivery to Europe and countries outside the E.U.

If for example you are looking to buy something in the Barbour range and you are from Europe, we will will add the cost of shipping to your order. Coats weighing less than 2 kilos to Germany ,France, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, shipping costs between £10.00 and £15.00, shipping to more distant European Countries costs £20.00 like Italy, however if the coats you order weigh over 2 kilos we will have to charge you extra to help pay for the postage costs.

For example, if you see a Barbour jacket for £150.00 we will charge your card an Extra £10.00 bringing it to a total of £160.00

U.S.A and JAPAN charges are obviously a little more and it would be a good idea to email us for a quote, but generally postage costs are between £20.00 and £25.00.

Post:

If you wish to order by post, print off the order form on your web browser, you can fill in the boxes with your Credit Card numbers or if you like to feel safer you can call us and we will take them over the phone or you can send a Cheque made payable to 'Red Rae Saddlery' (please note if you paying by cheque and the goods are under £100.00 please add £5.00 to the total amount to allow for post in the U.K. and post your completed order form to:
